1. TEAMWORK
We pride ourselves in following a collaborative building process where everyone contributes to the success of the project, like the entire crew of a racing team. As the general contractor working together with our clients, design team, and trade partners, we drive the process by embracing state of the art 3D virtual design and construction (VDC). As a result, we can understand the design intent early and detect and address constructability issues before they become delays in the field.
2. STEERING
Having a good strategy throughout the planning and building process is critical to making sure every team member is headed down the right track. This means understanding the client's objectives and having complete team focus on their vision and goals. Steering also means having the ability to anticipate challenges and navigate around obstacles while also exhibiting caution should the need for deeper due diligence or unexpected situations arise.
3. SPEED
With solid teamwork and steering in place, we step on the gas and get to work. We drive our work with urgent but efficient speed, while continuously seeking to find ways to collaboratively draft off each other when the opportunity to accelerate speed is most productive. Speed also requires periodic pit stops to change tires and refuel, and we seek to find dedicated time to recharge outside of our daily work responsibilities.
4. execution
We cross the finish line together as a team, steering in the right direction, and with the speed to get the job done right the first time. Our team exhibits the art of executing, which requires skill, hard work, and persistence. By achieving our goals together on time, safely, and with high quality, we achieve success in the winner's circle every time.
